In 2003 Mr. Cooper is an entrepreneur who founded Output Entertainment which was a Web Design Business partnering with different companies learning and searching for new innovative ways to bring design to the internet.  In 2008 it formed OutputiBusiness, LLC. through expanding and dedicating new research, development & implementation for internet, marketing and IT services.

To give a little backgound, Mr. Cooper worked in Computer Systems with a military background.    He received his 4 year degree of Bachelors in Business Administration his major included Computer Information Systems/ Web Management.   While working with small businesses and supporting internet organizations he enrolled and completed his Masters of Science in Information Systems Management with Advanced E-Business and Systems Integration certificates.
